We have an opportunity for you to join our team in Delta, BC Dealership as our Full-Time Regular, Administrative Assistant. We are looking for a conscientious, highly motivated and career-minded individual. The successful candidate must be able to work autonomously and efficiently, have strong communication and relationship building skills, and will be outgoing and approachable personally. The hourly rate is between $23 and $26 depending on work background and experience.
Job Duties:
- Process cash reports for all rental locations, and if needed reminding rental managers to email their cash reports toward month end
- Matching up wholesale payment breakdowns with original payment receipts and bank transfers to file
- Process customer payments, process bank transfers from travel agencies and retail customers
- Keep tour operator- and retail account balances current, review invoices and send account statements
- Track outstanding payments and balances and investigate/communicate discrepancies as needed
- Monitor balances on closed rental contracts and communicate to rental managers
- Record agent payments in the accounting application
- Making relevant corrections in the Rental program, making sure all receipts are present and correct
- Perform a variety of administrative duties, and other tasks as they arise

- Computer literacy is key and data entry
- Secondary School Diploma required.
- 3-5 years' experience in an administrative role required
- Accounting experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
