Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant to join 2 other Administrative Assistants employed by a group of 4 orthopaedic surgeons.

Duties will include:

Managing telephone/email correspondence with patients and medical offices; managing medical documents/records; managing medical appointments; assisting with patient flow through clinic space during active office hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
• Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
