We are a boutique Canadian and US Tax advisory firm in Downtown Vancouver looking for an Administrative Assistant/receptionist. We require someone with a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills and a keen interest to learn. Attention to detail is important, as is flexibility, adaptability and enthusiasm.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Photocopying and collating tax returns
- Booking appointments and managing calendars
- Answering telephones and greeting clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Filing
- Retrieving and organizing files from our external storage unit
- Invoicing
Hours: Monday to Friday; 9 am to 5pm
Ability to commit for 4 month is required.
Previous office experience is an asset, but not required.

Salary: $25.78 per hour
