Ethiopian Airlines has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant
- Timely handling of telephones and emails, letters and all other correspondence
- Administer Petty cash.
- Timely handling of all invoices; Initiating P.O on SAP and follow up till settlement.
- Keeps Record of Cargo Sales Reports/payments, ensures they are uploaded timely on the portal as per procedure.
- Claim handling.
- Record/Follow up on all external correspondence with CBSA(pax/cargo).
- Checking accurately of Bank statements .
- Capture attendance of staff on SAP and schedule vacation clearance and renewal .
- Preparation of monthly HST/GST/Revenue Quebec/Air traveler tax and ensuring ETs compliance on all tax related matters
- Maintaining of all stationery both at Airport and City office.
- Prepare timely expense reports and arrange settlement.
- Ensure all catering related issues matters are handled in good time.
- Arranging for replenishment of checks from the bank.
- Record minutes at all staff meeting.
- Follow up all legal matters until conclusion in coordination with Legal companies and officers.
- Performs all other related duties as may be assigned from time to time by Area Manager.
Skill Set & Experience
- Previous experience with Ethiopian is preferable.
Qualifications
- College Diploma from an accredited college in business Management or related fields or 2 years’ experience in the similar position.
