As an Admin Assistant you will be responsible for organizing and supporting summer camp staff to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency pre, during and post summer camp. You will also assist the Site Supervisor, Camp Manager and Camp Coordinator with administrative tasks related to camp, such as interfacing with stakeholders (parents, partners), ordering and management of camp supplies, facility coordination (if applicable), fielding questions from parents and handling summer camp registration/payment inquiries and processing.
You will be responsible for:
- Communicating with guardians regarding camp details, via phone and email
- Tracking camper attendance daily
- Keeping track of permission forms, registration forms, and emergency contact information
- All other administrative tasks as requested by the Office Administrator
Compensation: $19.55
