The Lake Joseph Club is Hiring!
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls, take messages, and /or locate staff and Members as required
- Assist with the coordination of special events
- Control office supply inventory, order for club departments, and track expenditures
- Responsible for processing invoice, coding and database management
- Receive incoming mail, faxes, courier packages and deliveries and distribute to appropriate staff
- Attend weekly club staff meetings, record and distribute minutes of the meeting
- Maintain administrative petty cash, reconcile and submit requests for replenishment on an as needed basis
- Deliver daily bank deposits to the bank
- Process new Member packages, order bag tag plates as required
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous Experience in an administrative role would be an asset
- Proven ability to produce clear, articulate oral and written communication
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
