Job Opening: Administrative Assistant
Wingham Memorials has been a trusted name in the monument industry since 1918.
Current owners, Mac and Donna Anderson took over the family business from Donna’s father, John in 1988. Their dedication to their customers has remained constant throughout the years. Everyone on our small team works hard to create distinctive memorials of lasting satisfaction, produced by us to the specifications of our customers.
We are seeking a career-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate should be highly organized and computer-literate. They should be able to work efficiently under minimal supervision, handling a variety of tasks with precision and attention to detail.
Requirements:
● Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or relevant role
● Computer literacy
● Strong organization and time-management skills
● Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
● Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication skill
● Basic math
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience in accounting or bookkeeping
● Knowledge of sales processes and procedures
