Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling various tasks, including managing phone calls, organizing files, scheduling appointments, and assisting with customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all documents and items are prepared and sufficient for daily operation
- Answer all text messages/emails and update on CRM or corresponding spreadsheet
- Keep email inbox organized and archive completed emails
- Record meeting notes and manage company policies and procedures
- Follow up on customers and forward order request to sales team
- Data input into CRM software thoroughly for all paperwork daily
- All CRM tasks are updated thoroughly and daily
- Efficiency in chasing void cheques and overdue payments
- Responsible office and washroom supply management and inform management of shortage in advanced
Requirements:
· College Degree required
· Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
· At least one year of proven experience in administration in related field
