Administrative Assistant: Waterloo
Full-Time Temporary: 12 Month Contract
As an Administrative Assistant within CBI Health, you will help be the face and voice of this accredited, innovative community health care organization providing high-quality services throughout Waterloo and surrounding area. This position is based in our Waterloo Home Health office and is a full-time position working with a great team.
The salary range for this entry level position is $35,000 to $38,000 annually, with eligibility for group health and dental after 3 months and includes 3 weeks paid annual vacation.
PRIMARY DUTIES
As an entry level Administrative Assistant you will:
- Serve as backup receptionist for lunchtime and time off
- Track, order, and assemble PPE for field staff
- Enter and audit employee and client data
- Support mobility device deployment and troubleshooting
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Perform general office duties and provide administrative support to leadership team
- Assist team with program requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
To take on the role of Administrative Assistant, you must have:
- Previous experience in medical office/business administration
- Well-developed skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- A professional customer service attitude
- A creative approach with a can-do attitude
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Medical Terminology is an asset
