About Us
The Department of Mechanical & Materials Engineering (MME) is one of six academic units in the Faculty of Engineering. Faculty and staff in the department support and foster the educational and research pursuits of undergraduate and graduate engineering students, while providing the best student experience. The Department aspires to become one of the top Mechanical and Materials Engineering Departments in the world. It will do so by offering unique academic programs which actively engage undergraduate and graduate students, pursuing excellent research, providing growth opportunities for faculty members and staff, and creating an atmosphere where intellectual challenge is encourage.

Education:
- Community College Diploma in computer science or related field, or current student
Experience:
- Website maintenance and administration experience
Skills, Abilities & Expertise:
- Knowledge of general website design and maintenance procedures;
- Ability to establish effective routines for excellent communication with all members of the team to maximize productivity;
- Proven ability and natural inclination to interact with people in professional, respectful and diplo-matic manner;
- Self-motivated multi-tasker with strong organizational skills;
- Positive, outgoing attitude with genuine customer service orientation;
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative and follow through on work assign-ments;
- Written and verbal communication skills to clearly express ideas in an objective manner, and adapt communication style to suit the situation and audience
- Customer service skills to understand customer needs and expectations, with a desire to deliver helpful and reliable service to the University community
