Job Overview
In this role, you will interact with various departments to meet day to day administrative needs, while providing support with receiving in-bound material.
Responsibilities
- Attach and file all receiving paperwork and bills of ladings to our internal ERP system.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all administrative paperwork such as packing slips, bills of ladings, invoices, etc.
- Manage requests and make purchases for all shop and office supplies.
- Create tracking systems to manage lists of suppliers and inventories.
- Assist in receiving inbound shipments using our ERP system.
- Other clerical duties as required.
Qualifications
- Post-Secondary education in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field.
- Computer skills – knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and OneDrive. Ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Excellent attention to detail is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with external vendors and colleagues.
- Experience in purchasing, supply chain and/or logistics is an asset.
