Speare Seeds in Harriston is seeking a part-time, seasonal Administrative Assistant. As an Administrative Assistant you will play a key role in supporting our team as well as contribute to the overall experience of our customers.
Key responsibilities include:
· Reception
· Sales Order Entry
· Handling customer inquiries
· Other administrative duties as required – payment processing, record filing, preparing reports
Qualifications:
· Computer literacy with proficiency in Office 365 programs and tools
· Strong customer service and communication skills
· Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
· Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team
· Minimum one year of experience in a similar role
· Some knowledge of agriculture and/or turf would be an asset
