Next Structural Integrity Inc (NSI) is an engineering consulting firm that helps the world's largest operating nuclear facility to continue its safe and efficient operation of generating 30% of Ontario's electricity! We are experts in advanced engineering modelling and analysis, and to operate efficiently, we are seeking an energetic, positive and personable individual to fill the position of Administrative Assistant.
The Administrative Assistant will provide support to NSI’s management team working.
Salary will depend on qualifications and experience.
The ideal candidate must work well independently or as part of a team and able to work with people at all levels within the company as well as external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document preparation, e.g.; marketing materials;
- Assisting with payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting and remittances; and
- Other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks;
- Effective written and verbal communication skills;
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills;
- Flexible to a changing workload;
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role;
- Ability to multi-task;
- High attention to detail; and
- Reliable and dependable.
Education:
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration is an asset.
