Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain information in our database systems, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Administrative Support: Assist in managing day-to-day office needs, including filing, preparing documents, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, efficiently directing queries to the appropriate departments.
- Document Preparation: Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Reporting: Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
- Technology and Tools Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, and Word) to create spreadsheets, manage emails, and prepare documents.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth operation of all admin functions and support the team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
About You
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
