The Adminstrative Assistant provides general administrative support to the office staff. The successful candidate will also assist the Contoller in processing accounts payable and receivable. And will be responsible for ordering office supplies and services as needed.
Responsibilities/Experience:
- answer main phone line
- open and distribute mail
- order couriers
- scan and organize electronic files as needed
- typing letters when requested
- receive, distribute and help process invoices
- enter approved invoices in to accounting software
- deposit rent cheques in to bank
- prepare internal monthly reports as required
- organize and order office supplies and toiletries as needed
- work with IT provider, phone company, benefits provider, security company, copier company etc when required
- any and all tasks assigned to support the management, accounting and operation of the Office
- experience with Outlook, Word and Excel required
- experience with Spectra, Yardi or other real estate accounting software would be beneficial

Salary: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
