Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries - Receive & process debit/credit/cash payments
- Maintain office supplies inventory and office cleanliness
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, emailing and phoning clients
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred
- Knowledge of Tax office procedures is a plus
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
