Job Description
As an Administrative Assistant specializing in email and phone outreach at Sharechest, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between companies and potential investors. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and execute email campaigns, alongside providing comprehensive administrative support to our executive team.
Responsibilities
· Email Outreach Execution: Develop and maintain email outreach campaigns to engage potential leads, tailoring messaging to convert prospects into investors.
· Executive Support: Manage executives' calendars, schedule meetings, and organize comprehensive travel itineraries.
· Event Coordination: Plan and organize meetings, conferences, and corporate events, ensuring seamless execution.
· Document Management: Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and handle other documentation tasks with proficiency.
· Financial Administration: Assist with financial tasks, including bill payments and online purchases.
· Office Suite Proficiency: Create, edit, and proofread documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
· Organizational Excellence: Strong organizational abilities with a knack for prioritizing and juggling multiple projects efficiently.
· Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English. French language skills are a welcome asset.
· Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency: Adept in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in data management and record-keeping.
· Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
· Independent Problem-Solving: Robust problem-solving skills with the capacity to work autonomously.
