We are currently looking to add an experienced leader to our fantastic team!

Straight shift, Monday to Thursday, 3 pm to 1:30 am.

Our Assemblers use hand tools (wrenches, air tools, paint guns, screw drivers, etc), to accurately complete our material handling containers. It is very physical work!

A successful Assembly Lead Handwill lead by example with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Supporting the Afternoon shift supervisor with training, and supporting current staff to meet performance targets.

Job Description:

• Work safely
• Setup work space
• Use wrenches, pliers, tape measure, hammers, paint guns, sockets, drills, grinders, etc.
• Assist and direct team to achieve quality standards
• Lead the team for great results

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and write in English
• Mechanical aptitude
• Interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to inspect your work.
• Accurately read a tape measure.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs on occasion.
• Standing, walking, bending, twisting, holding, reaching, and gripping.
• This can be a physically demanding job.

Salary: $24.00 per hour
