RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete reporting and analysis to support internal valuations, external appraisals, leasing and investment decisions.
- Assist with the creation of annual operating budgets and business plans.
- Perform financial reviews on prospective tenants as part of due diligence for lease transactions.
- Assist in marketing efforts such as broker event planning and development of marketing materials.
- Work with internal teams including Investments, Development, Accounting and Property Management to streamline property operations and drive returns.
- Special projects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled in university, ideally in a business or real estate related degree and planning to return to school in fall 2024.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Argus experience is an asset.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
