The Assistant Club Manager is a passionate individual who seeks to help memebrs and guests improve their lives through health and fitness. This person is responsible for selling memberships, and managing the member and guest experience.
This role requires a considerable amount of self-motivation, team collaboration, communication, and the ability to positively influence others.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Get to know and build community inside and outside of the health club
- Help plan and facilitate monthly member appreciation events
- Friendly, outgoing, and approachable
- Demonstrate a drive for results
- Offer support and tools to help members achieve their fitness goals.
- Communicate with members, both in person and virtually in a timely manner.
- Good at managing time and schedules
- 18 years of age or older
Qualifications:
- Health and Fitness Industry experience preferred
- Sales and service experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient Computer skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
