Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to motivate coach and counsel direct staff.
- Minimum 7 years of automotive dealership experience in all factors of service department systems, procedures, and controls.
- Ability to manage, evaluate, develop, and direct staff.
- Valid Driver's license
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of automotive systems in general
- Ability to greet customers with courtesy and manage distressed customers
- Knowledge of automotive systems and ability to explain systems and repairs to customers of varying levels of technical understanding
- Ability to influence, negotiate and resolve concerns effectively
- Delegating and directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing service team members to ensure the team's objectives and goals are met.
