We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Automotive Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our Automotive Service department.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of skilled technicians, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage daily operations, including scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and maintain service department performance metrics, striving for continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing concerns and providing exceptional service.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall dealership performance.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulations to implement best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using Automotive Service software and computer systems.
