Bar Manager

Job Summary

As the Bar Manager you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager with the day to day operations of the Bar. Assist in strategies and implement ideas that will drive guests to the bar and create an environment that makes guests wanting to come back after their visit. You will need to help create a positive working environment while providing leadership to the bar staff.

We are looking for a confident, independent, and motivated individual who is looking to develop and move up from a bartender/supervisory role and take their career to the next level.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promotes and ensures a clean and safe working environment
• Achieve planned labor targets through proper management
• Networking and Event planning to create business
• Control and maintain proper inventory procedures
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and reacting quickly and professionally
• Ensures a positive visual impact including ambiance, cleanliness, décor and service
• Constant standing and walking throughout shift
• Have full knowledge of all menus, products, and suppliers we use
• Work with security team following up on any scheduling, coaching or concerns.
• Ensuring optimal performance by being a presence on the floor to support and lead the team and help deliver quality service
• Supervise all staff and employees while on shift, including proper closing, opening and service procedures.

• Previous bartending experience required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.65-$25.00 per hour
