We’re looking for friendly, down-to-earth Team Members who are passionate about cooking or serving the best BBQ in Canada and want to have a great time doing it.

Overview: As a Bartender, your passion for the ever evolving beverage offerings is a must! Bringing to the Guests and Team Members, your charm, and personality.

Responsibilities:

• Guide Guests with their beverage selection
• Prepare all beverages to brand standards
• Maintain bar cleanliness and brand appearance
• Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations
• Promote and engages all Guests in all local and national promotions
• Adhere to Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the Health and Safety program
• Aggregator/Take out Management
• Abide by Food Safety regulations and best practices

Is This You?

• Previous experience as a bartender in a high volume casual dining restaurant
• Provincial Responsible Alcohol Service certification is required
• Superior communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Team oriented with the ability to build and foster positive relationships
• Energetic, self-confident and engaging
• Able to work a flexible schedule (i.e. days, nights, weekends)
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
