Server/Bartender

```Job Summary```
We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Server/Bartender to join our team. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving beverages in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of various drink recipes, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

```Responsibilities```
- Greet customers and take their drink orders
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol
- Monitor the intake of alcohol by customers, ensuring responsible drinking practices
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns promptly
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in food service or bartending preferred
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service principles
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment handling
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service
- Ability to handle food safely and follow health and safety guidelines
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Cash handling experience is a plus

Salary: $16.55-$20.00 per hour
