Bartender/Servers

Fat Louie's is an American-style pizzeria and bar that prides itself on great pizza, wings, subs, hamburgers and more!

Fat Louie's has two St. Catharines locations, 384 Linwell Road and 198 Niagara St. (Facer District), both currently offering guests indoor dining, take-out, and delivery. We are currently seeking experienced bartenders/servers for both locations.

Responsibilities: Servers

• Take orders, deliver food and drinks in a timely manner
• Check-in regularly with guests
• Communicate daily features and make recommendations to guests
• Handle cash and process payments
• Assist in clearing and cleaning tables
• Serve alcohol in accordance with Ontario Law
• Study to maintain strong product and menu knowledge
• Follow Health and Safety Standards when handling food
• Facilitate clear communication with co-workers

Responsibilities: Bartenders

• Greet the customers who come to the bar as soon as possible
• Providing full service to the guests sitting at the bar
• Provide excellent customer service
• Positive attitude and great communications skills
• Fulfill guest orders provided through wait staff
• Keeping the entire bar area and clean and dry as possible.
• Restocking the liquor and garnishes as needed.

Pay: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
