We have an immediate requirement for an experienced Customer Experience Specialist. If you are looking for an opportunity in a fast-paced, collaborative, challenging, full-time, permanent role within a well-established Canadian company, we would love for you to apply! This is a remote-working role.
A day at work looks like this:
- Supporting customers with absolutely anything they need—from product questions and returns/exchanges to unusual situations and special requests
- Amazing customers with your refreshingly positive attitude and helpfulness
- Fielding inbound calls with a winning phone personality that is friendly, professional and down-to-earth
- Using strong and enthusiastic writing skills to communicate with customers via chat and e-mail
- Building partnerships with customers and internal team members
- Developing knowledge of Wintergreen’s products and services to deepen your ability to offer effective solutions and exceptional customer support
Got the skills and experience? Here’s what we’re looking for:
- 2–3 years of customer service or industry experience
- Experience corresponding with customers through e-mail and social media
- Previous call center experience and “Live Chat” experience a plus
- Positive, customer service-oriented mindset
- Professional verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills in English & French
- Ability to process a high volume of inbound calls, emails and orders daily
- A tenacious problem solver with exceptional follow-through who won’t give up until a solution is found
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (an asset), Internet, Zoom, Office, Word and Excel
- Knowledge and familiarity with Wintergreen products and our website
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Willingness to work closely with peers and supervisor in a collaborative work environment
- Self-motivated and an independent problem-solver with a dedicated work ethic
- High degree of independence as this is a remote working position
- Hours of work: 8 am - 4 pm EST (Eastern Standard Time)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
