Shoreline Lubricants is a family-owned business founded in 1976. We distribute fuel, lubricants, and DEF locally and across the Atlantic provinces. Our main office is in Grand-Barachois, New Brunswick with branches in Elmsdale, Nova Scotia as well as Mount Pearl, Newfoundland.
Requirements:
- College or university studies in business administration or related field• Proven experience in a similar role• Several years’ experience in the accounting field
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily office operations• Maintain and balance various accounts• Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems• Balance warehouse inventory• Balance daily transactions• Manage various financial tasks• Handle confidential information with integrity• Work directly with the management team and the accountant• Work alongside all departments
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills• Ability to adapt quickly• Eager to learn and understand• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work with others
