Bookkeeper - Part Time

All accounting and bookkeeping functions

Fluency with Sage Accounting System

Create and reconcile all filings/payments as required by CRA (HST)

Create and reconcile all additional mandated external reports as requested/monthly

Create and reconcile monthly bank statements to accounting records

Create and prepare accurate Annual Financial Statements

Prepare, and present monthly/ quarterly budget reports as needed

Working with Managers to ensure that reporting is up to date and accurate

1 or more years’ experience

Highly efficient & excellent attention to detail

Ability to prioritize tasks with little guidance in time required

Reliable

Hourly Rate based on experience. References required

This Position is in NOVA SCOTIA

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 – 14 per week

Experience:

• Sage 50: 1 year (required)
• bookkeeping: 1 year (required)
