Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:
As our Bookkeeper/Office Manager, you'll be the superhero who keeps our financial and administrative operations running smoothly. From managing accounts payable and receivable to ensuring the office is a well-oiled machine, you'll play a crucial role in our success.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Quickbooks – You should be able to handle Quickbooks with your eyes closed (figuratively, of course).
- Familiarity with Jane Software – We share the office with a health practitioner, so familiarity with this software is preffered!
- Previous experience in bookkeeping and office management – You've got the skills, and you're ready to put them to good use.
- Detail-oriented – You spot discrepancies like a hawk spotting a mouse from high above.
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Keep a close eye on budgets and financial reports, helping us make sound financial decisions.
- Bi-Weekly and Salary Payroll
- HR and Company Policy Implementation
- Maintain an organized and efficient office space.
- Handle office supplies and ensure we're never running low on coffee (it's crucial!).
- Assist with general administrative tasks – you'll be the go-to problem solver.
