Breakfast Cook

The Courtney Room at the Magnolia Hotel is looking 1 Breakfast Cook to add to it's team. Full time 8 to 10 hours a day with over time available after 40 hours a week.

Breakfast at The Courtney Room consists of an A La Carte menu and a small plated Continental menu to facilitate the 60+ rooms in the Magnolia Hotel. Most items are prepped/ prepared in house as part of a team using a wide variety of local ingredients and suppliers from the island and BC.

- wages range from $21 to $23 an hour depending on experience and availability with tips

- Benefits available after 3 months of work

- schedules can be flexible however, Saturday and Sunday Brunches are a must to start.
