Position Specific Tasks - Breakfast cook  Produce quality food products within the kitchen primarily by service from the line.  Help to ensure the kitchen is maintained at its highest possible standards, including cleanliness, organization, housekeeping needs, and other considerations.  Ensure all food preparation and handling policies are strictly followed.  Follow all WHMIS and chemical handling procedures as described by manufacturers, to avoid cross contamination with food surfaces.

Remuneration: The Cooking Team Member is paid an hourly wage, plus is eligible to participate in the shared tip pool. The Cooking Team Member is expected to work flexible hours and days to accomplish their duties.

Required Qualifications, Education & Experience: − experience in a professional Kitchen preferred− Food Safe Certification

Service oriented and a team player. − Problem solving & decision making skills. − Excellent interpersonal & communication skills. − Versatility, flexibility.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
