Job Description:

As the Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the pristine condition and efficient operations of our luxurious condominium. Your responsibilities will include overseeing maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and providing exceptional service to our residents. You will work closely with the property management team to uphold our commitment to excellence and create an unparalleled living experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, including repairs, renovations, and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols to maintain a secure and hazard-free environment.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to procure necessary materials and services.
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests, always delivering exceptional customer service.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and address any issues proactively.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, and inventory levels.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar role in a residential setting, preferably in a luxury condominium or high-end property.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to exceeding resident expectations.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
