SalaryWe are currently seeking to hire a live-in full-time Superintendent for a well-managed, well-maintained 5 story building with 68 units located in south Oshawa. Must have excellent cleaning, organizational and communication skills, some knowledge of building mechanics and building safety equipment is also required. Offering a 1-bedroom non-smoking suite, competitive salary. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to provide a police clearance. Only qualified candidates will be contacted.
