As ATB's next Business Analyst, EFS Digital Integration and Growth, you believe that how work gets done can sometimes be as important to success as what that work is. You work well with diverse, cross-functional teams that deliver on initiatives and projects critical to the Everyday Financial Services (EFS) strategy. You love to work with stakeholders to tackle roadblocks, target high-impact challenges, and take a data-driven approach to finding solutions.
- Serves and advises projects, initiatives, and/or the business by turning requirements into feasible solutions
- Builds relationships in order to engage various other partners from across the organization, and sometimes beyond
- Supports creation of initiative vision and goals
- Coordinates business projects through all phases of initiation, planning and execution
- Organizes cross-functional teams to deliver new products or upgrade existing products
- Ensures timely delivery of reports/analysis and proactively communicates any barriers
- Assesses and measures progress to deliverables, schedules, and KPIs
- University degree or college diploma in business or related field or equivalent experience.
- A professional designation and/or 3-5 years experience in business analysis, or a related discipline such as project management, six sigma, agile methodology, lean methodology
- Strong analytical acumen to solve problems and translate business needs and requirements
- Data literate, able to understand and interpret data, charts, and graphs and use them to drive appropriate recommendations and decisions
- A quick learner, naturally curious and a self-motivated individual with a high degree of comfort working independently or within a group
