SalaryThe Business Analyst Level 1 is required to have the following skills and experience:
o Have 2 years recent relevant experience defining and documenting business requirements for applications and data;
o Have 2 years’ experience interacting professionally with a wide variety of people in diverse roles (e.g. executives, contractors, technical experts, users) to develop and implement automated business processes;
o Have 2 years’ experience working with front line clients in service delivery-based organizations;
o Have 3 years’ experience working with an agile team using scrum methodologies;
o Have experience working effectively with non-technical end users as relates to testing, including writing business test cases, conducting functional testing, and supporting UAT;
o Experience providing business analysis related to integrated custom applications with complex business processes;
o Ability to lead multi-discipline teams in conducting facilitation towards new requirements;
o Gathering, development of new business processes, continuous process improvements and appropriate documentation;
o Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and documentation including business cases, business requirements documents, use cases or process flows diagramming;
o Have experience with usability issues and web-based applications; and
In addition to the skills and experience set out above, the Proponents should demonstrate that the proposed Consultant(s) have the following additional skills and experience:
o Creating technical documentation, diagrams, and RFCs;
o Knowledge of application design and development life cycle and all aspects of IT security; and
o Knowledge of the BC Registries and Online Services.

Salary: From $32.34 per hour
