Job Summary:
As a Call Center Representative for our translation services company, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing information about our translation services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Inbound Call Handling:
- Answer incoming calls from clients and potential customers seeking information about our translation services.
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries related to language pairs, service offerings, pricing, and turnaround times.
Order Processing:
- Assist clients in placing new translation orders, including gathering project requirements, language preferences, and deadlines.
- Verify order details and ensure all necessary information is collected for smooth project initiation.
Complaint Resolution:
- Handle client complaints or issues related to translation services professionally and efficiently.
- Investigate the root cause of complaints and work with the appropriate teams to implement corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in translated content.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Salary: $23.10-$26.20 per hour
