Call Center Representative

Job Description:
Join our team as a Call Center Representative. In this position, you will answer all incoming calls from our customers, answer inquiries, resolve problems, and fulfill requests. You must exemplify the values of our company at all times and provide customers with the highest levels of customer concern.
Key Responsibilities:

• Answer all incoming calls
• Provide excellent customer service; answer questions and inquiries
• Resolve customer complaints and problems; offer possible solutions
• Manage Call Center database; enter new information as necessary.

Qualifications:
1+ years of experience as an administrative assistant a plus
Fast, proficient, and accurate typist
Proficient with Microsoft Suite and common office equipment.
Self-starter who works well independently
Professional demeanor.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
