Job Overview:
As a Call Center Representative for our coffee roasting company, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing assistance, answering inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your role will involve handling a variety of calls related to coffee orders, products, and general inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
- Handle incoming calls from customers regarding coffee orders, product inquiries, and general questions.
- Provide prompt and friendly assistance to address customer needs and concerns.
Order Processing:
- Process customer orders received via phone, email, or online platforms accurately and efficiently.
- Verify order details, including coffee selections, quantities, and shipping information.
Customer Feedback:
- Gather feedback from customers regarding their coffee experiences, preferences, and suggestions for improvement.
- Document customer feedback and share insights with the relevant departments for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive and customer-centric attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $23.90-$27.40 per hour
