Client Care Coordinator

We are looking for a part-time Client Care Coordinator to join our wellness clinic in Bracebridge! The role involves accomplishing various tasks while providing positive Client Care. This position is an opportunity for a friendly, organized, reliable person. Compensation will depend on experience and qualifications.

Rooted in Counselling is a growing private practice focused on providing evidence-based intervention to children, adolescents, and adults. With a goal of promoting mental and physical wellness and based out of the heart of Bracebridge, we provide timely and effective support. The meaning of “rooted” to us is connected deeply and firmly – it describes our relationships with counselling. We have a general focus on mental health issues, and a specific interest in anxiety, depression, and trauma-based treatment.

Responsibilities
- Client check-in and check-out including booking, billing, invoicing, and receiving payments
- Establish genuine rapport with clients/patients and provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere to ensure everyone has a positive experience
- Administer client forms
- Optimize scheduling for clients and practitioners of the clinic
- Multitask effectively to ensure tasks are accomplished and optimal Client Care is maintained
- Central role in communication with patients over email, phone, and online portals
- Regular cleaning of the clinic environment
- Maintain punctual record keeping of client and associate correspondences
- Willing to learn, adapt and grow with our clinic systems and operations

Required Skills
- MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), Gmail, Google Business
- Experience with Jane EMR an asset
- Experience working in customer service, or administration
- Experience in working in health care is an asset.
