Customer Service Sales & Admin
Part-Time Position
Flexible hours Monday to Friday (approx. 4-6 hours per day)
Between 8:30 to 5:00
Signarama is a full service sign shop and has been franchised since 1986. We are the largest sign franchise in our industry and have an international network with over 1000 locations in 26 countries. In Canada we have over 35 stores around the country with 25 locations in Ontario. Applicants have the opportunity to be provided with hands-on training and be a part of a global network. No experience required.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Inside Sales
-Business to Business sales
-Answering customer phone calls and deal with walk-in customers
-Selling various products available and obtaining potential client contact information
-Booking an appointment with potential customers
-Enter new contact in POS system
-Providing quote and designs based on customer requests
-You will handle and deal with customer from start to finished
-Assist with other office duties, Payroll, bookkeeping, A/P and A/R.
-Provide support to production staff for ordering materials and job board work flow
-Training will be provided. Further training and ongoing support will be provided.

Required experience:
Sales and customer service
Understanding of accounting/bookkeeping (Quickbooks)
Microsoft Office
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
