We are currently looking for a Client Services Representative. Our Client Services Representatives are responsible for providing direct front-line support for a national retailer to manage packaging projects for private label brands. This role will include full involvement in day-to-day activities and act as a liaison between the customer and production teams. The responsibility of a Customer Service Representative includes providing excellent customer service to the client, ensuring work is completed in a timely manner, and adhering to the highest level of quality.We have been driving innovation since 1976.

- Manage daily production schedule and prioritize to meet client timelines;
- Review, organize, and verify job specifications and ensure compliance to established protocol;
- Work with systems and technology to enter jobs, open dockets, track jobs throughout the process, and close jobs to prepare for client billing;
- Supervise client brand integrity, including reviewing projects for consistency;
- Facilitate communication and pre-production meetings with printers when required;
- Maintain a professional and positive client relationship, working closely with the customer to resolve any issues that arise;
- Communicate with the internal Account Managers, advising of any scope changes throughout the job, or any potential issues with delivery dates;
- Participate in the continuous development of process/workflow improvements by finding and suggesting workflow efficiencies where possible;
- Work as part of a team, supporting team members with daily tasks and activities when needed;
- Communicate with internal production team to validate and answer job related questions;
- Responsible for contributing to a healthy and safe work environment by following all workplace regulations, policies, and initiatives, including reporting all first aid injuries, accidents, and workplace hazards.
- Degree or Associates Degree in Graphics Management and/or Marketing, Business Management;
- Must have exceptional communication and organizational skills;
- 4-6 years of experience in managing Packaging Artwork through all production avenues;
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with high volumes;
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excell;
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
