Job Description:
CGDB is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Client Services Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client interactions and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and requests via phone and e-mail.
- Maintain accurate client records and databases, including updating contact information and client records.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings between clients and team members, ensuring schedules are efficiently managed.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, including gathering necessary documentation and providing introductory information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management as required.
- Uphold company policies and procedures related to Client Services and confidentiality.
- General office duties to support the smooth running of CGDB
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Client Services or administrative role essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours of Monday to Thursday 12pm-5pm.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications a plus.
