Responsibilities: Answering Phones: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, and assisting clients with kindness and care.

Paperwork: Efficiently handle paperwork, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and completeness.

Booking Appointments: Coordinate and schedule appointments, demonstrating excellent organizational skills.

Routine Cleaning: Contribute to the upkeep of a clean and organized studio, fostering a welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues.
