Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Servicing Windows Desktop including Windows 10 and Windows 11.
Managing and maintaining the Microsoft 365 Admin Centre.
Handling support phone calls, site delivery, and deployment of new computers.
Servicing existing computers and assisting end users with various Microsoft 365 applications.
Providing forward-facing customer service and face-to-face customer support.
Assisting with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra).
Qualifications:
Experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11.
Experience with the Microsoft 365 Admin Centre.
Two years of networking and firewall support, preferably with Sophos Firewall and Switching.
Solid understanding of DNS and IP Networking.
Excellent customer service skills and experience in a customer-facing role.
Ability to speak fluent English.
Must live within 45 minutes one-way travel to Grimsby, Ontario.
Valid driver’s license and a working vehicle.
Working knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra).
Customer Service Experience is a requirement.
Preferred Qualifications:
Valid Microsoft MSA-900 Certification.
Working Hours:
Hours of operation are 0830 until 1700 Monday through Friday.
Overtime and weekend work may be required.
