Purpose
The CMMS Planner/Scheduler will be the designated CMMS Superuser supporting Field Techs (Ops) in setting up and using the CMMS system. They will assist with guiding, educating, and supporting the development and optimization of the CMMS for all facilities (Wind, Solar, Hydro, Thermal & RNG). The Planner/Scheduler will support the Ops organization in executing maintenance activities, as well as ensuring conformance of operational and maintenance/retrofit/upgrade activities while adhering to Liberty's processes, procedures, work instructions, standards, and other systems for our Unregulated Renewable Energy Assets in North America. Furthermore, the planner will support the development and deployment of RCM based maintenance systems and help develop overall in-house maintenance competency.
This position supports the Maintenance-Engineering Manager in setting divisional maintenance and quality goals, resulting in the reduction of maintenance and quality incidents including overall maintenance cost reductions.
Accountabilities
-Develop and support in setting up new plant hierarchies and BOMs.
-Support SAP/IT team with SAP testing for system accuracy.
-Support SAP reporting metrics and leverage corporate dashboards to better manage performance 
-Upload Maintenance, Reliability, and Integrity reports into SAP 
-Provide SAP training and develop related work instructions and procedures 
-Support the development, optimization, and deployment of existing and/or new Maintenance Strategies, Plans, Procedures, QA/QC expectations, standards, and initiatives related to Operations, Engineering, and ongoing Sustaining-CAPEX projects at all LPCo facilities.
-Work as an effective member of the Maintenance-Engineering team while providing guidance, direction and coaching to Operations personnel in response to operational issues
-Communicate closely with Operations, Regulatory & Compliance, Engineering, Asset Strategy, and other internal stakeholders as well as external partner Contractors and Service Providers
-Analyze and interpret Maintenance-related data & metrics, prepare and present performance reports, including summarizing methods employed and results obtained.
-Support the goal of ensuring that maintenance and project activity (performed by LPCo or contractors) complies with internal processes, procedures, standards and applicable external/regulatory rules and regulations.
-Able to adjust to changes in work assignments and priorities to accomplish tasks as assigned.
-Maintain SAP master data and create material masters for spare parts and bill of materials 
-Maintain accuracy of equipment metadata by regularly collecting and inputting information, such as: manufacturer, model, serial number, and system structure information. 
-Adding Equipment to PM Plans, Schedules, and Work Packages
-Review and maintain Work Order data accuracy such as: equipment, booked hours (parts usage, WO type, closing codes and WO comments).
-Assist with the accuracy of spare parts metadata by regularly collecting and inputting information, such as: supplier, catalog number, min/max quantities, pricing, manufacturer, and part numbers
-Work with facilities team to develop and maintain lists of critical spares
-Assist with the collection and proper storage of document forms, manuals, programs, interfaces, release notes, data files, work instructions and procedures
 
Education and Experience
-Bachelor’s Degree, Technical Diploma, or Trades Certificate from an accredited institution 
-Minimum of 5 years of working experience in SAP S4/HANA environment.
-SAP Plant Maintenance experience and training
-Superior working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point
-Understanding of Maintenance methodologies and implementation
-Experienced in power (renewables) generation and operations with preference in Wind and Solar, followed by Hydro & Thermal
-Working knowledge of Mechanical (Electrical) components and systems used in generation, including but not limited to generators, turbines, bearings, hydraulic systems, and structural integrity. As well as familiarity with computerized DAS/SCADA/Monitoring systems, power system equipment including medium to high voltage and Protection & Control.
-Must have strong communication skills for sharing and transferring expertise to a cross functional team, as well as communicating monthly KPI/Measurements of CMMS effectiveness.
-Ability to read and understand P&ID’s, Drawings, OEM manuals to extrapolate information for data entry.
-Must be disciplined, able and capable to fulfill job requirements with minimum supervision and with often challenging performance expectations and measures.
-Must hold a valid driver’s license and the ability to rent vehicles on the corporate account.
-Must be able and flexible to travel within Canada, and the United States.
