Position summary:
Provide support to operations for the coordination and effectiveness of all activities within the Preventative Maintenance Program.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and Maintain a CMMS
- Insure GMP's are respected and report immediately any issues or potential risks (Food safety or People safety)
- Document all activities as per our SQF program requirements.
- Organize and secure the library of equipment books and provide copies when required
- Keep the inventory of tools, spare parts and spare equipment clean, organized, secured and ready to perform
- Initiate and distribute PMs and Work Orders to the appropriate crew
- Monitor work orders progress and timely completion
- Review gaps with PMs and Work Orders and report to Management if not resolved
- Work closely with the Production Managers and Maintenance Crew assigned to each specific department
- Evaluate and coordinate the needs of outside contractors
- Manage timeline with outside contractors
- React efficiently to urgencies and troubleshooting requirements
Requirements:
- 3 year experience minimum
- Realized a CMMS implementation
- Understanding of mechanical and electrical concepts for troubleshooting an maintenance
- Capacity to handle pressure
- Sense of urgency
- Team work
- Pride in keeping a clean and organized environment
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
