Planner/Scheduler

Adecco is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Planner Scheduler to join our clients team for a Temporary role based in Ajax, ON. As a vital part of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the Customer Service Logistics team, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring efficient supply and demand planning. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $30 to $33 per hour.

• Pay rate: $30-$33/hour.

• Location: Ajax, ON

• Shifts: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:30pm

• Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Support OPEX-related reviews and reporting, including VEX reporting for inventory tracking.

• Assist in day-to-day operations, such as Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and managing KPIs for the Customer Service Logistics team.

• Monthly reporting on Logistics activities and KPI management.

• Expedite urgent parts from arrival on site to delivery at the CS warehouse.

• Manage the QRQC meeting and update the QRQC board in Customer Service.

• Troubleshoot SAP-related issues affecting warehouse and logistics daily tasks.

• SAP Inventory location clean-up and management between CS warehouse and Production.

Requirements:

• Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an in-depth working knowledge of SAP and Excel.

• Detailed understanding of Supply planning and Purchase Request to Purchase Order management.

• Results-driven with excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to coordinate multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
