Condominium Property Manager (Cmrao License Must)

MUST BE a CMRAO General Licensee.

We are a Property Management firm located in the GTA and looking to hire someone with five+ years of property management experience for the Toronto/Mississauga area. In addition to your General Licence designation, you will be a self-starter who is responsible and able to work autonomously. Strong leadership skills are essential.

We are only as good as the people we hire. With that being said, we are trying to align ourselves with motivated individuals who have a desire to advance their careers while helping the company grow. We realize that Property Management can be a stressful job and therefor work to provide a positive and helpful environment.

• Responsible for a mixed portfolio located in Mississauga
• CMRAO License or working towards one
• Self-motivated and can work with little supervision
• Excellent communication and customer service
• Minimum 5 years experience in condominium management industry
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Condominium Manager
• Experience in supervising employees
