- Acts as a first point of contact for general questions and concerns that are specific to the project/program/initiative; triages requests as required
- Coordinates schedules to ensure activities and deliverables are aligned with the plan
- Coordinates meetings with key stakeholders and handles logistics
- Identifies and collects the required information to support the development and tracking of project
- Drafts meeting agendas; takes and distributes minutes as required
- Develops presentations, reports, communications, and other required material
- Supports the development of tools and templates;
- Compiles information and data and supports high-level analysis and trending
Education and Experience
- Grade 12 Diploma
- Enrolled in university/college full-time and returning to an academic institution
- Experience with MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to communicate clearly, work in a team and independently
- Excellent written/oral communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly
